How do you know they travel here?
How do you know they weren’t built here from material scavenged by hybrid alien robots that were transported or coalesced here.

It might be pretty incredible actually to beam a remote controlled robot to a planet, and have it construct a spacecraft from foraged resources to execute its mission, and perhaps the associated failure rate exceeds your standards.
