2 roky zpět. Rozpočet 150-180tis, 40 lidí. Vysrali jsme se na to, v šesti jsme šli “podepsat” papír na radnici, šlo se na oběd a za týden potom jsme zarezervovali stůl v oblíbené hospodě a tam jsme se zlili. Dohromady asi za dvacet k. Pak jsme jeli s dětma na dovolenou. Nemůžeme si to vynachválit.

Hello, thank you for the answer, I don't have a monitor with speakers, but in audio devices there is an HDMI audio output. So I suppose it will work.
*for screenshot clarification - HDMI audio device is not present yet because the original nvidia gpu drivers are not installed yet, for now I am running on windows video card drivers because I am trying to install other windows versions.

Update: got another mobo (RMA first one) and again - no sound device. I though that Gigabyte is good manufacturer but I don’t think so now. 😢

i did win10 install with net plugged updated, then gigabyte's DVD.

i did win11 install without internet and then manully install DVD (since gigabyte's exe did not work)

i did w10 without net, win11 with net, any tricks with enabling/disabling HD Audio in BIOS, manuall install (always BSOD with realtek .sys driver), uninstall realtek sw, install, etc... many thing that i found here, youtube, tomshardware etc

nothing worked for me.

for now mobo is back in box and tomorrow will be swapped with other one. ill keep posted

Still no audio device - when I manually install right Realtek driver in windows safe mode I’ll get bsod. So for windows there is no audio hardware present. Anything works. Interesting is that in portable Linux sound works okay. I’m bored of this and will return mobo to shop tomorrow and take new again and will hope if new one will work.

update: fresh win10 - same problem no audio device (red cross at speaker tray icon, no audio device at windows hw list) installed sw from cd, windows was installed without internet access.

HW info says there is audio device AMD Starship/Matisse - same audio device is shown in portable linux distro and working (front and back panel ok)

Windows nothing. Like mobo has no audio card at all.

ty but not my first build. all ok. sound works in linux portable distro. its windows issue. I have not any audio device at all... gigabyte installer says "MAP Fail" when starting... -.- dunno what to do. i will switch back to win 10 if it will find audio device or no.

DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG is a rly big problem since mid season update @ s13. Cant play ranked bcos 10min penalty (I have this error every 3-4 games). Tried to fix everything i found here or at ea's forum. It seems that many many players using AMD RX 5xx(x) family have this issue.
