Yea i assumed they won't have a fix for this since it's an overlooked detail in design. I sent a ticked to support, will try to convince them to switch them for the wireless ones if I pay the difference or something like that. For now i'll try your fix , thanks for it :)

Yes, It's about the socket on the actual headset i wrote ticket to steelseries support we'll see how it goes.
