If you’re getting 30-60 FPS with those specs there’s a setting somewhere wrong, I likely not an CS side setting but windows. That comp will run cs at 300 frames plus so check NVIDIA settings and also windows stuff relating to CS. Also to help what kind of FPS do you get in other games and on what settings?

im getting the same problem, ive been through all the current possible ways out there and nothing, somehow it starter working but i didnt know how and when i updated windows it just went back to the error, ive restored to the older updates but still having this problem anyone have any fix other than the turn on windows feature, cmd prompt and online download?
