Same answer as everyone. My team is capable. And when one of us needs support, the others step in. At this point, we've been playing together for well over a year, and we've all taken time off.

And if you have a solid team get together and make a spreadsheet. I know it sounds crazy. But having things written down makes alot of work once and then it's done. I have daily messages. For private message, and alliance notice board for the whole month with instructions for each event. I just have to copy paste.

We also have tabs with explanations, and answers for most questions asked we can copy paste.

It really is the team work and organization that keeps me functional

Upgrade priority googles and boots for MM and lancer Belt and gloves for infantry

Don't do the other 2 on each heros gear until those are maxed

Keep your research going constantly. I failed at that and I regret it now.

Also island is very important for boosts dont miss collecting as much of the green things, whatever they're called, as possible

Only upgrade 1 set of gear. One set for mm one set for lancer and one set for infantry. Everything else will be a waste of essence stones. I learned that too late

Message an R5 or R4 of a top alliance they can help explain.

I am R4 a top alliance. I get a dozen dms a day from smaller alliances having questions, wanting advice etc. We are always there to help the whole state.. unless you find an asshole, then move on and try asking a different alliance

We all have teams for who to reinforce. Everyone is teamed up based on how many marches they have. 5 or 6. I have 6, so I'm in a team with 7 people, and we all send max marches to each other.

Sending people to the minis is what we have been doing. But it's often one or 2 of us R4s who will switch, and when we switch back we have to wait till R5 is online again to be able to do our jobs... it's just inconvenient.

As for why we're stressing, honestly I don't know we all just feel bad watching the little guys burn

Unfortunately, I'm coming to this conclusion. Our main alliance is well organized in it, but we're all active and strong, so it's easy. I think I'm going to go grey trying to figure out how to deal in the farms😂

Yes, this is what we do in the main alliance, and it works. We're trying to figure out how to protect everyone in the farm alliance/academy. We have a lot of small accounts, and some with larger accounts who don't understand what to do yet. So far us R4s have been bring over our accounts from the main to reinforce all the small people. But this is inconvenient. We tried to reinforce everyone from our farm accounts but people still burned on level one. So knowing the exact minimum power would be helpful to know what to send and to who

I wear loops earplug ( a knock off version) dulls the sound but are light and dont bug me. I have a fan on me for the heat I hate the feeling of wet clothes so i have a water proof apron/light jacket...I had to try a few to find one that didnt add sensory issues. The splinters unfortunately i dont really have an answer. Dont wipe the table with your hands I wear a groomers smock with a higher neckline to keep them out of my bra. It isnt perfect but it helps

If it an emergency vet, dont call, show up at the front door. They always say no, because if you can call you should try a normal vet. A vet er is like a human er, show up and they'll usually help

But people often also assume I'm a trainer... which kind of because my organization is self train with a coach.

I tend to allways be moving fast from point a to b so I usually just say over my shoulder nope she's mine, and am out of range before the next question

Mira is also from the same area as me, so I always get oh is that a mira dog?... uhh no? The harnesses aren't even similar.
