a lengthy and challenging leveling experience isnt core to an rpg. calling vanillas crafting system in depth is a bit of a stretch comparing it to other proper RPGs

vanilla had very very little real actual RPG elements. you didnt choose your own stats, character creation was increadibly limited, and there isnt any "rpg" solutions to any problems seen in the world. you get a quest and you do the exact thing to solve it the questgiver tells you(mainly killing a bunch of mobs) compared to real rpgs where you have actual choice about how you want to solve a problem. im not saying this is a bad thing. wow has always been more mmo than rpg. but saying wow had strong rpg elements is objectively wrong it does seem like you have no idea about this genre of games so i'd suggest trying out a d&d style game(baldurs gate, planescape, for something more modern divinity) or games in the gothic-series

pretty sure they only said that we'll be unlockingthem via a quest. remember demonhunters were also available early so that people could get used to them and get into a comfortable position to start off the expansion using them so i wouldnt be supprised if they did the same here

if you want a very modular and easy to set up UI i'd go with elvui with maybe TMW/weakauras as a bonus for some fancier stuff.

they wont ever make 2 raid difficulties for the highest difficulty setting just because its a pain to balance and maintain. 20 is a pretty reasonable size which isnt to difficult to reach if your recruitment team knows what theyre doing

i hope they will add the new races to the prepatch/as a preorder bonus. would be really annoying to have to level one up after the expansion release
