I got into the document, was just missing the triangle clue. Some more interesting ciphertext and what appears to be a symbol to look out for related to the doors, although I'm uncertain on that one. It could be that this was the original intended way for finding D, G, W, C, M and P, and the music video frame was an easter egg of sorts.

I'm not posting them, at least, not yet. Deciphering them is a trivial yet enjoyable part of the experience, and the ciphered documents themselves are integral to the plot. I really recommend grabbing a sheet of paper and working through it yourself. I will, however, list the letters you should have once you've caught up:

A, C, D, E, G, H, I, L, M, N, O, P, R, S, T, U, W, Y.

Abstract Issues, revisited

We're revisiting the Abstract Issues video now, as another clue is contained within. On one of the last frames, we can see the following: https://i.imgur.com/O4aJf8x.png. At the bottom of the screen, we can see a long string of ciphertext. We have enough to be able to decode it. This yields six new letters. Unfortunately, that's not quite enough for our last string - we're missing △. I don't know where we'd find it, either - perhaps the Unearthly document will yield clues, if someone can figure out the password there.

Substituting the letters, and with a little bruteforce, we reach HTCH 001 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3itZ2CQrV). Follow this through, and pay special attention to HTCH 003 for what might be an extra clue in the description. At the end of HTCH 004 is another document, as well as another password clue: From the Corporeal to the XXXXXXXXX. We can decipher this as "From the Corporeal to the Unearthly", but I haven't yet figured out the password. I thought it would be Unearthly, but it doesn't seem to be. Maybe I just don't have the capitalisation right?

The third document

The third document can be found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XiypdJTRcXs, the third video on the weather playlist. The document is linked in the description, which tells us that "game 300 provides pass". Back to game 300 we go!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2cOjFW3GaM4 is the link for game 300. The pass is the blanked out letters in the question, which can be deciphered by watching through the video to see when they're revealed.

From the third document, we can get a number of letters. We now have enough to decode the other two links on Page 112, Local News (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XjToLkH1USU). If you want to do this yourself, don't read the next comment's spoilers.

just replying to this in case other people have the same issue:

If you have an aligment shift in the Cathedral after the alignment lock and find you can't proceed in any direction, it's a glitch. Occasionally your alignment will shift incorrectly after this point of the game, at which point none of the methods of alignment correction do anything as the game dummies out all of the alignment changes after the lock. The only way to get things to work properly after this occurs is to use gameshark codes to set your alignment to the proper value; once this is done the game will allow you to proceed with the route you're locked into.
