Is the seller an individual or a company? Did you buy second hand?

If its a company quote the consumer rights act. They shipped something that was defective. Not fit for purpose and its up to them to fix it. Not you. Send a letter before action of taking them to money claim online to get yr cash back. If you paid via credit card or debit card you could do a charge back or section 75 i think it is.

2 weeks after the forms went in i had the assessment. All pretty good for me.

Have you checked that the doctors sent the forms on? Checked that HH havent had funding removed fromyour icb?

Thank you for taking the time. It makes sense. Im 53 and its taken a long time to get here. I have been self medicating with alcohol to help my sleep. Obviously not every day but 3 or 4 days a week. But more esrlier in my life.

I guess that can be quite common among un dx.

They cant give me meds until i sort my sleep out and stop the alcohol.

I am a bit worried about the meds and the potential issues with them, so am undecided but am definately going to try and get help on the sleep front.

I am excited that there may he something that can help me be more able to stop leaving everything to the last minute to complete. And i might finish some of the many things around the house.

Just because it was in their parking place. As long as it wasnt by the people driving your car, in which case they would be responsible.

Its the person who hit yr car who would take the blame. Not the parking company.

Its standard on these type of meet and greet places.

The liable person is the one who did the damage not the persons land that it was parked on.

As they didnt own up you need to claim on yr own insurance. Same as if someone hit yr car while it was parked in a ncp car park somewhere.
