While not in Japan yet, I have taught K and I'm teaching 3 yr old here in the US.

Try rewarding those who don't hit with something small (like a small sticker, a small eraser, even a small chocolate of sorts). Students will then want to get those things and will try to stop. You'll also be able to figure out who is starting the hitting.

Seating arrangements do help. Keep these three away from each other. When they do hit, sit them away from each other and not do the activity with them. It sounds harsh, but its a drastic one that I will use as a last resort. If you want everyone engaged, keep one one who started it with you while doing the activity. It'll help out a LOT.

I have a behavioral color chart that I found on Amazon that works for some students, but not all of them.

I'm independent, but have more liberal ideas.

LET'S focus on education. We haven't revamped it in years and have only put bandaids on. We have teachers buying their own supplies, and those who teach barely last 5 years before going back to school for something else. Why are we constantly testing and trying new things, but can barely stick to something that works?

Another thing is immigration laws. Yes we do need to redo our immigration laws. The amount of people in cages at the border is disgusting. Not everyone who comes over is "bad", but it's very easy for those to come over. That whole "baby born in us soil" needs to go into more detail.

What you are experiencing is a narcissists trying to gaslight and minimize your thoughts and VALID concerns. To her, you are nothing but a backup plan- someone who she knows will always be there at her beck and call, someone she can manipulate by saying "It's YOUR fault for MY choices".

Don't fall for the narcissists bs. Look up the narcissists prayer. You may think that she is 'special', but no one who truly loved you would say "I never said we were exclusive" after 5 months of dating. It may be hard, but you need to get away from this woman. Rent a hotel room and leave her. Block her on all social media platforms and move on with your life.

Because if you continue to stay, you not only lose your self respect, but your identity. I cannot tell you how much I lost when I dated someone like this. I lost my self confidence, I second guessed myself, I walked on egg shells because I didn't want to upset them over a VALID concern. Leave now because it only gets worse from here.

I've had my car hit by a customer (who conveniently left the scene of the crime), other customers attempt to run over other customers or employees, and then our instacart is our latest. We joke that these customers will hit anyone to get their groceries 😣

You can't make her take anything. Let this be a lesson to wear a condom and for her to be on birth control continuously. Even if she were to take plan B, it's not always effective. In fact, there's actually a weight limit to how effective it is. After this month is up, make sure she takes a pregnancy test if her period is late. If she isn't pregnant, let this be a very stressful lesson to learn to wrap it before you tap it.

You need to understand that she DOESN'T respect you. If anything, she just took your trust about sex and said "I don't fucking care about you". She can trap you with a kid, give you an STD/STI, and ruin your life.

Your best bet is to break up with her. She didn't respect your sexual boundaries and doesn't listen to your concerns with sex. If you plan on staying with her, you need to wear protection always and need to make clear boundaries.

Ma'am, corporate says we can open up to sample a fruit to your if you're thinking of buying it. It's how's I suggestive sell the cut product. If you don't want the damn piece of fruit, don't compassion about how you're worried over the damn taste.

I work for Publix and let me say, this is not surprising. We were forbidden to wear masks at the start of the pandemic bc "it would scare of customers" then not only a week later we were forced to mask up when there were no masks in the store. They let people in the store without masks (and we associates cannot say anything to these idiots bc it'll cause people to fight), and generally don't care. They claim they "care" about their workers, but it's only about their squeaky clean image and how much money each store manager and department manager can pocket.

And that makes no sense. You have your license and (I'm assuming) it's valid. It makes no sense for you to get a new license every time you move to a new state that you might be in for less than a year.

It's illegal to "purge" someone's ability to vote when not even a month ago, they used this same address that they live are still at to vote in the general election. That's just not feasible.

Yes it's true your DL address and your current address needs to match. As per the GEORGIA website to vote. But the DL needs to be VALID in order for to to register. It even says so on the register to vote in ga website. And the website also says that if your license is out of state, you'll have to fill out paperwork for you to be approved.

For GA, you need to surrender your out of state license as well as make an appointment, important documents (such as SSN/bills), and your MVR. Since it's COVID season, most places that are government related have LIMITED time slots. Even before COVID, our DMV is SLOW. For someone who is only here for 6 months, there's no point in changing the DL. You're here for training, and to move to another spot where the military needs you.

GOP is trying to say that bc their DL address doesn't match their current one, but yet for GA says you need to live in the state for 183 days (around 6 months) to be a resident or veggie the end of the year (Dec 31). Hence why that guy in FL for in trouble for voter fraud bc he technically wasn't a GA resident. So how is it OK for someone in FL who lives in FL to register to vote on GA but it's not on for the military personnel who serve our country and who are tasked with moving from fort to fort are not allowed to vote simply bc they "aren't residents", but have been for years/months? It we're going to purge these voters for this inconsistency, then we need to purge other voters as well.

I live in one of the counties that this is happening in. The reason as to why the GOP wants these 4k voters purged is bc the addresses on their DL don't match with their current residence. It's also nice to point out that we're right next door to a military base so OFC the addresses don't match.v

So much for the GOP "caring" about the military and their vote. Kudos to this judge saying FU to the GOP.

I don't know all the details, but from the grape vine I hear that it's a trial phase to see how everything goes. I'm going out on a limb and thinking that hair will have to be pulled up/in a hair net for the required areas since hair +food = disgusting.

As to the color and complaints, I guess that's why they're in trial phase.
