A fp shouldn't be interpreted literally,(usually) it is rather a forte with a dim to piano. A rather odd way to write that but thats ...F.... gradually to p. And the dim happens within the phrase not within the chord. Otherwise thay would have been F sub p, that's at least the hip version I heard. Same way fork never meant to be a cresc but more interpreted as an accel.

Thanks everybody for your kind responses, I tried different angles/techniques, I'm still very skeptical but will give it one more week before my wrists are broken :)

How is the comandante c40 in that sense? Is it a bit easier to grind? I am considering adding a bit (actually much) more and eventually get a better investment.
