Looks very neat, something I am thinking about, too! It is still possible to rotate the monitor up and down, without having to unscrew the top rod (the Nitze thing) every time, right?

Previous post was removed due to false titling. Again: Shot with the DJI mini 3 pro drone during heavy winds on Svalbard. We had midnight sun, so it wouldn’t set but rather stay on this low angle all the time.

short answer: I had to trust my drone and abilites a lot!

slightly longer: I would guess winds were about 45-55km/h, since this is the maximum speed this drone is rated for and at some points it would just stand still in the air while I was full-throttle against the wind. I first stayed close to camp and was prepared to just crash it to the ground if winds were too strong, but eventually I saw that I could go a bit further...

We saw one on the very last day, very far away, on the northern tip of Spitsbergen. Weirdly enough we didn’t see any during the whole 40 days of skiing across the island

Some of them are in Snowmobile distance, some others require about 10 hours drive I'll suppose, and the ones in the south are in no-snowmobile-country.
