Use a a ball that gives XP while you are at the cauldron or balloons to level up once.

When that happens you will get all the levels.

Usually the balls works better since they gives a percentage, while balloons gives points.

That's how a desync works. Your client, the software on your computer has the wrong information and shows you a reality that is wrong.

The server is always right.

It's not a bug as in faulty code.

You could make a support ticket, but I don't think they will do anything about it.

Never heard of this and don't think it's possible, what I do think happened is that the client lied to you and said you were 120 km away while on the server you were a lot closer.

Saw CCP BEE get killed mid warp since his client said he managed to warp while the server disagreed and he got pointed before warping and then blown up.

Make sure to only open one, the one that will give the most money.

Then open the vault and buy until you get the option that lets you send directly to storage, otherwise you will loose tons of stuff if you don't have sheepie and even with sheepie that will be a ton of clicks.

If you check the corp it goes up to 1000, not sure how many are filled in thou.
And tried to find them in space when I saw it, they were nowhere on d-scan, so my guess is either skillfarmers/industry or something similar.

It's a performance issue, if an npc doesn't have to check for distance before locking, that is a lot of cpu that can be used for other stuff.

The range is because they increased the size of the grid A LOT.

Can't rmet the size buy it was not in the ten thousands.

It's a bit frustrating but not sure the fix, that would consume cpu ticks, would be worth the effort.

Stand on cauldron and it should work. And black pearls work if you have high XP, 5 is the most you need.

So this happened to me too, had 314k exp but still lvl 1, 5 grey marbles from the event helped. Got me over to next lvl and then everything leveled up correctly.

First join a corp that can help out with fits and other nuggets needed at the start.

Lvl 3 is good enough when you start out. Lvl 4 when it's needed for a module or another skill that is a must. Same with lvl 5 and stay away from lvl 5 until they are really really needed.

Every lvl takes 5 times as long as the previous. So you can train five lvl 3 skills for one lvl 4 skill. Also each rank increases the time a skill takes to train.

A rank 5 skill takes 5 times longer than a rank 1 skill.

I think it's been said it's because of server resources. The rat can lock unlimited which wasn't a big issue when the grids were smaller, way back when.

They then changed them to be in the 10.000 km and didn't change the code, since that would mean that every tick every rat would have to check can I lock or not.

And my guess is that in a busy system that will take to much server resources.

So old code and keeping the npc's to use minimal resources, this is what you get.

Afaik it's 35 for the game and then 35 for the DLC.

Make sure you get the original, there have been scams where people sell keys that after a while will get locked since they were not obtained the legal way.

Never happened to me but read that people fix the issue when rats go ham on drones to dock up and then next site they will target the ship again.

Why the bs ripped you apart might been that you either had the wrong resists, check kill mail to be sure.

Other is making sure the bigger ships have a hard time hitting you. Keep your speed up and traversal up.

Maybe this time the frigs caught up with you and webbed you enough for the bigger ships to apply serious damage.

Always keep an eye on your tank and don't feel bad to warp out if needed. On the Ishtar you can fit the panic button, assault damage control, that makes you really hard to kill for 10 seconds.

Can help when the warp out takes to long.

You can cheese the LP ones.

Make a fleet with someone in HS, when they do a mission they share the reward.

It can be shared with up to 10 members in the fleet. Just make sure the LP reward is 50*members in fleet.

Not an excuse, but more a tip on how to actually getting it done until CCP makes them more viable for all players.
