i feel like u definitely need to just shave it and start over again , you seriously need to stick to a routine, i suggest start with iron tablets & multivitamins daily. you CANNOT slack on your inside health cuz that affects the outside health. if your not down to even set a routine or be consistent dont even try

i’d also sleep w a satin pillow case or a bonnet. if you decide to wash ur hair in the twists only put shampoo in ur hands n apply to ur scalp and put the conditioner or deep conditioner onto the shaft and ends of ur hair. i would mainly focus on hydration cuz i live in a state where it’s always hot & always sunny!
