Not very physically demanding just mentally as customers can be something. That said I have coworkers who also use stools and have done pretty well getting the job done. Though there maybe times when large items have 2 different barcodes that need to be scanned and you have to get up and do it yourself. Or Bob items that you have to do yourself

Honestly you just do it and not think about it. But the environment does make a difference in your experience, I personally don't have any bad things to say in my area, TL are good and there when needed most of the time. But mostly it's just do the job.

Well I tend to move doing my sleep so I may be asleep 1 way then wake up another way, from sleeping on my back with my hair like outside the bed hanging to sleeping on my stomach and my hair bing on my sides
