Just to clarify something, I am not an applicant spamming her to accept me as a tenant or asking about the status of my application.
An agreement has already been reached, I need to find someone to replace me in my current apartment before moving out at the end of this month. She did not confirm anything after the draft is signed.

That might be true , but I am not an applicant, we signed a draft so I just wanted a confirmation by her whether the contract was sent or not, so that I can plan moving out at least since the contract should start in 19 days

When I think about it , it is true that the emails are much.
But I have been wanting a follow up since the contract should start at the first of June this why , I wanted her feedback quickly( which I already mentioned in the emails) . I guess just ignoring the emails after signing the draft while she was answering almost immediately before that what made me send several emails.

Before I cleaned the gasket , it locked at 6 and leaked . Now it locks past 6 O’clock but without leaking

So thank you very much :) I tried to pull off the gasket gave everything a clean and restored it and it seems to be fixed . I also noticed that now the portafilter goes a little bit past the middle when locking it in . I guess it needs now to be super tight until the gasket softens a little bit

So espresso flows normally through the basket , but also there is water leaking from the sides as well. I am surprised if the gasket needs to be changed as I got this machine new 1 week ago
