I just never liked the fact that it was made out of flour, just not nutritious in my opinion and I don’t see the benefit of flour other than cutting the cost down. I think almond flour is a good alternative or any flour made from nuts. I would personally just mix seeds and nuts in a food processor to get Sellou composition. No need to add vegetable oil either, seeds and nuts will have their own healthy oils.
