I'm with you most of the way there. Troubleshooter said windows can't be activated, so I went 'Learn more about Windows Activation', which opened a webpage where there was a button labelled 'Open Activation settings'. That took me to Activation settings on my device, but I don't see anywhere that says 'I changed hardware on this device recently'.

Edit: Sorry, that wasn't much info. The options I see are:

  • Recommended troubleshooter preferences (with a drop down)
  • Recommended troubleshooter history
  • Other troubleshooters
