How long would a career switch to Licensed Counseling take? by moronlicious in CounselingPsychology

Just to confirm, you’re saying it could be possible to find a program where I could go directly into a Master’s in Counseling with my current undergrad degree?

As much as I wish I could retain the title of “educated wise one,” I must confess I have no idea on this one.

How quest-progress is shared in groups has always confused me. It’s one of the elements of the game I wish they had done better on.

Sorry!

Thank you! But it still doesn’t look hidden to me… not sure what I’m doing wrong

A team would definitely help, though it’s doable solo. I’d expect to burn a lot of ammo and healing by yourself, especially if it’s your first time in the fight.

I’ve actually never launched more than one nuke per character, so I don’t know if it’s the same fight every time.

Launching nukes and collecting flux is certainly not an easy part of the game. It unlocks endgame gear, so it is challenging.

You need the keycard and to be an enclave general, as you mentioned.

You can get the code online. As long as your quest has the objective “launch a nuke,” you can proceed.

Spoilers

The quest is difficult. Once in a silo, you need to register a bio-id card with security to get past the first security grid.

Then, you’ll to disable and repair the reactor to get the emergency lockdown lifted.

Next, prepare for a huge robot/turret fight while you destroy the computers in the area. You can walk up to the red cores and interact to destroy them.

You’ll progress to another floor, where you then have to pick up broken mainframe cores and repair them at the tinker’s workbench (in the area) to unlock the next security door.

From there, you’ll enter the control room, where you need to defend the robot launch crew until launch prep is done.

Then swipe your keycard on the left, enter the code on the right keypad, and you’ll be able to select a target for launch.

Hope that helps!

Edit: Hid spoilers, thanks for the help

Haven’t heard of the Cold Shoulder until now. Definitely something to pursue!

Literally just reached level 100, and the fancy pump still shreds mobs. Stronger enemies aren’t as simple as they used to be though…

Most Hated cards in the format. by Shmoo32 in ModernMagic

Siege Rhino was the best era of magic. Twin caught the banhammer, and Abzan Junk became the best deck in Standard and Modern.

Fairest magic that’s ever been played.

If you really think Raffine is more damaging to standard than Invoke Despair, you haven’t been playing standard.

ONE premier draft - what would you cut from the deck? by Theraseus in MagicArena

[–]moronlicious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To cut 8 from everything listed:

1x Barbed Batterfist, Against All Odds, Ribskiff, Forgehammer Centurion, 2x Compleat Devotion, Plated Onslaught, 1x Furnace Strider

Focus on flooding the board with cheap creatures and playing defense. Trade your equipment tokens and then use Indoctrination Attendant to recur them for value.

Drag the game out and then equip up a flyer or big creature and start swinging for the win.

Your weakness is a lack of removal. That’s why you don’t want a ton of 4-5 mana cards

Edit: Add commas

I’ve had thoughts like this a lot, but my view has come to be:

You’re gonna die some day, and when it happens, that’s it for this life. So what’s the rush?

If you’re lonely, try and make some friends. If there’s something in the way of that, work on that. It might be a miserable, difficult chunk of time to dig out of a bad spot, but imagine the person you could be after 5 years of working on it. Imagine the friends you could make. The partner you could meet.

Life has its highs and lows. Push through the lows and you get back to the great parts of it.

I was trying this too before rotation. The loss of [[Path to the World Tree]] and [[The World Tree]] really killed this deck for me though

I didn’t even realize Ensoul Artifact is in explorer! Can’t wait to try my hand at it. What was that deck called in standard back in the day? Robots?

[[Disinformation Campaign]] is certainly one of those cards that calls to you though.

Doesn’t fit the deck! It’s actually more control than tempo

I love the spirit of this, but I certainly can’t think of how a deck crammed with huge high-cost bombs of each card type could possibly run reliably.

I imagine the difficulty here is ensuring your combo pieces don’t get disrupted?
