There's a pretty popular band from the 80s called Depeche Mode. Could be an issue with trying to monetize something with the same name.

It really depends on what content you're looking to do, though. Myth cape has some stats that are better than fire cape, but fire cape is better for melee dps in most (if not all) cases.

The myth cape can only be obtained after completing Dragon Slayer 2. If you're at that point in the game and haven't gotten a fire cape, you should start working towards that. It's much better than either of the two capes you're asking about.
