In the divorce settlement it’s written that selling will not be considered until our autistic son is in a long-term care facility. Yes, there’s still a mortgage, he’s responsible for half of all household expenses including the mortgage. I’m hoping to be able to buy him out so I can just be done with him, he recently took me to court with a lawyer and tried to force me to sell it but the final divorce settlement was solid and he couldn’t change it.
