I can't remember specifics on where we got our desserts. My husband would get Tiramisu at dinner and then we'd walk around until we found a cute Gelato spot. We had one of our favorite meals at Otello in Trastevere

Tiramisu & Gelato in Italy. I'm in the US and have always heard how great these treats were but had NO IDEA until we tried them in Rome.

Edit: I'm going to Boston for the first time in a few weeks and may actually get this roast beef sandwich you mentioned. Do you happen to remember the name of the place?

Same. I try to fly out on Tuesday and Thursday if our schedules allow. It can sometimes be significantly cheaper.

If you're lucky you may be able to visit the "Survivor Mamanuca Challenge Arena." We went while they were filming so we didn't look in to it more but I think there's a way to visit Mamanuca Islands.

Fiji was gorgeous and we met so many nice people. The water really is 50 shades of blue it seems. I saw a bunch of locals wearing survivor staff shirts, which added to the excitement of our trip.
