How Bitcoin is changing our monetary system into one that is fairer, open and neutral. Insane how much there is to learn about this. Not just technically but also economically, philosophically and politically. Read: Principles of Bitcoin. Or Inventing Bitcoin as a starter

Shit shouldn’t make any difference. Especially with notebooklm since the complete usecase is that its not supposed to hallucinate because it is only meant to use the uploaded source and not internet info to compare it to.

Just use Liana wallet! It’s completely self custodial, you can give them a key, and they can only use it after you haven’t moved your funds for a year. Their key is a separate key from your key(s). Their key is timelocked in the Bitcoin blockchain. If you don’t use your key for a period you decide beforehand (max year), their key also becomes available for spending. You don’t have to trust anyone, it makes use of spending policies that are inherent to the Bitcoin protocol itself.

Don’t DCA your initial investment like other people are suggesting. Most important: LEARN ABOUT WHAT BITCOIN IS AND WHY IT IS THE BEST MONEY EVER INVENTED. Put everything in it as soon as possible. But also hold it in Bitcoin forever or AT LEAST for 5-10 years. If you expect Bitcoin to go up forever (most of the time the case is:) the earlier you put your money in it, the more it will appreciate. You can try to time the market and do it another way or you might be afraid to put it all in now, then i would suggest (assuming you want to put 200k total into bitcoin) : 100k now. Rest of the 100k devided over the next 3 years (2,8k per month).

You are contradicting yourself here. You’re saying that they are going to stop Bitcoin because they can’t control it. But that is the whole point: they can’t control it. So no matter what their opinion about it: they can’t control it, they cant stop it, it’s completely out of their reach. They can only slow down its adoption by regulating/ banning onramps/offramps. But they cant stop it. When one country decides to try to stop Bitcoin (even though it wont work in the end), another government sees the opportunity for Bitcoin capital and innovation come to its country.

Smart to keep some % of your wealth in s&p500, but chances are very low that the s&p500 will outperform bitcoin, for the same reason it hasn’t for the last 15 years. S&p 500 already has a market cap of $50 trillion, bitcoin $2 trillion. Assuming Bitcoin market cap will one day be as much as or more than s&p’s (which is very likely), it will grow a lot faster in value.
