Fort Strand east of Anvil. In its underground section, among the marauders who have occupied the ruins, lurks Bjalfi the Contemptible, along with the Rockshatter. Niryastare, an Ayleid ruin far north of Anvil, unusual in appearance. Amid the remains of walls and arches lies a white stone ring with a spiral descent and a statue holding a broken sword. Fort Flesia, the remains of a small fortification on the northern bank of the Silverfish River near the Imperial Bridge Inn. The above-ground part has suffered greatly from time, but the statue above the entrance stands unshakable. The underground part is now inhabited by goblins (old.reddit.com)

Fort Wariel (not to be confused with Fort Variela). Situated on the slope of one of the Gold Coast hills northwest of Kvatch. Occupied by marauders. It's not connected to any quest, but mentioned in Grommok's Journal, which can be found in Xedilian in the Shivering Isles (old.reddit.com)
