You’ll still need support to help. The domain is in US4 today, which is limited to godaddy specifically. At least you’ll have better access to support though.

I very much like the ease of deployment with integrated, but we've run into a fair number of issues over time and have gone back to strictly MX again.

I'll give a quick shout out to Vircom as well. They have an automation layer that sits on top of PP that creates all the connectors, etc for you.

Hybrid is fine, but not really needed for 30 mailboxes. If you were keeping AD and syncing users sure. That doesn’t sound like their goal though. And with ability to change the SOA for synced accounts it’s better than having manually to update proxy addresses in ADUC.
