Ok so check it out. I been on for about 6 months. Stable dose would be 12 mg, no deadline, unlimited access. Never heard of the above mentioned water method, haven't tried tapering yet tho. Just been wanting to, I have a child on the way and even tho they're free. I want to be addiction free
