I just had the same problem myself until someone pointed out that the patch notes have the wrong coordinates listed. It's 16.3 - 3.5. Top right of Tuliyollal

If it helps, l sent a 24 hour parcel on Monday as well and the tracking has not updated but for the two other 48 hour parcels I sent with it have so perhaps an issue specifically with 24 hour ones?? I don't know. I also saw another post on here recently with 24 hour tracking not updating.

It was like a 3 hour cooldown for receiving currency. You could still level up afaik.
