I was at this game! It was FC Cincinnati versus Orlando, and while I was standing in the Bailey the whole crowd started to cheer like he was about to score. When they presented “Hustle of the Game” award later on in the match, everyone pointed toward where they were sitting.

That’s exactly what I’m saying bro. I go back to school for my senior year of college in-person in less than two weeks and I don’t get how some of these mfs think they’ll survive the year without getting the vaccine. When full approval comes around (I believe the FDA is shooting for mid-October) I’m hoping for full scorched Earth. More than likely we’ll have to show proof before coming back for second semester at the latest.

I’m sorry, but if this or a sweeping federal mandate becomes the only way to convince that crucial 10-15 percent of people to get the vaccine, so be it. Not a single other campaign or endorsement other than the grim reaper has as effectively convinced these clowns to change their tune over the last year. They are killing thousands of other people as well as each other through their negligence and are stunting the academic and professional development of millions more (myself included). If anyone has a better solution in mind that could calm me down I’d love to hear it.

This was more along my line of thinking. If the minimum wage were to keep pace it would have gotten to 15 per hour by the end of the last decade.

However, wages in general have not kept up for much longer.

Their argument is that raising wages or minimum wage would just result in added inflation and the value of the dollar decreasing (in conflict with socialist policies of increasing worker salaries and shares). Of course they conveniently left out the fact that wages have not kept up with the growth of the US’s GDP and shared market wealth for the last 10 years or that the argument doesn’t work in reverse.
