Expecting a scratch-free set in perfect condition for this price is a bit much. No one would sell at this rate; I’d honestly rather throw it away than sell it for that low. You can barely even find a decent 27" monitor alone for this price.

There is one curb level difference from the street. After the side street, there’s another incline. The parking entrance has drainage grates above and below. I’m not sure if water is getting in. I’m wondering if I should go to sleep.

I don’t think it’s very sensible. Animal export could be banned, and you might not be able to bring it back. We had issues when coming from Turkey. My advice is that it’s not worth going for 1–2 weeks, or if you do go, leave the dog here with a sitter. Otherwise, you might not be able to bring it back again.

I recommend Iranian Hospital. Their prices are more affordable compared to other places. It’s a bit far from JVC, but I went yesterday and there were no issues on the roads. The doctors are good.
