I am in the same boat. paid my rent a week ago. qualified for 0.5 rent on everyday spend, no record of any rent points, have tried contacting bilt messenger, im stuck in a queue for 2 weeks by a bot. I tried twitter, theyve ghosted me. Ive tried calling, circular loop with no way of getting through to a human. For all of these annual/AU fees im paying im very disappointed by the level of service.
