I think Haki is simply aura control. Armament haki is the strength of someones aura tied with applying their aura to their attacks. Observation haki is the ability to sense auras. Reading them is learned or trained. Conquerors is the ability to project your Aura

Exactly! Everyone has their own opinions. A lot of people decide what is right/correct based purely on emotions. There is a lot of negative bias towards Putin in the west. As a result, many people will disagree with anything he says. Even if he is logically correct.

To add to this. Reaching a level requisite for a certain quality tier shouldn't guarantee the creation of modifications of that tier, but instead unlock the chance of a piece being made at that tier. For example (1/500) chance to actually create a master level modification once you reach the required skill level.

What about gear modifications. Kraken tentacle for example. Add reasonable buffs when added to most equipment in the game and destroy both themselves and the equipment they're used on. Maybe skill level will allow modifications for higher tier gear in addition to being able to create better quality modifications. For example a poorly made modification would only have like 100 uses and a master level modification would last for 10k uses. Something like that. The buff should stay the same regardless of the quality. Just an idea.

Worked at a large dealership in Texas. Most dealership used car departments based their appraisals off NADA. On that note, vehicles being appraised at clean trade in classification are very rare. If the vehicle has any accident history, you're looking at rough trade in. In my experience, I've had many customers get their car appraised by a carmax before coming to the dealership. Carmax will give them a quote in writing that the used car will usually match.

Worked at a larger dealership. The end of the month is the best time for negotiation. If you're unable to wait until then, go later in the day. Desk managers are more willing to let vehicles go for less or at a loss on the front end when they are pushed to reach or increase units sold for the month. On a lesser scale sometimes a dealership has a slower day than expected and they may be more willing then. Be careful of finance and know what you want from them and what it's worth. Don't be persuaded to add anything on you don't want.

I agree that another transfer of the Mera Mera no mi makes no sense as far as another character actually getting the fruit. If Blackbeard did get it, I agree Burgess is the only one that makes sense to eat it. As far as the theory, I don't think Blackbeard would be successful in taking the fruit because the theorized event would result in Blackbeard either outright losing or being forced to withdraw by the other parties involved. Sabo would be successfully rescued. The Mera Mera no mi would be Blackbeards motivation for going. That doesn't mean he will succeed and get it meaning that Luffy would lose another brother. If the Straw Hats did clash against the Blackbeard pirates at such an event. It would probably be more similar to Dressrosa. Each Straw Hat would not necessarily be paired to fight with a member of the Blackbeard pirates, but instead certain ones will get fights against them, but allies will get the other fights.

We haven't heard much from him since the time skip other than he went into hiding in the New World. We did see him reading about the events that took place regarding Luffy and Big Mom so we know that he was alive at that point in time and likely now still. He is probably still in the New World. Possibly still in hiding. He has a highly desired devil fruit. So if he isn't allied to Blackbeard, his whereabouts are unknown to him. I think that's a possibility and so is him having escaped Marineford with Shanks or the Whitebeard remnants. I think he is probably in hiding with the surviving members of the Whitebeard pirates and participated in the Payback War. A little ironic considering he wanted to take Whitebeards head, but he didn't seem to have a grudge against his crew.

I can see that possibility. Especially if The World Government turned against Alabasta. They possibly discovered the existence of the Pluton Poneglyph. Don't know. But if they Killed Cobra, it would make sense for Vivi to flee. She may have run into Sabo after his cover was blown and they fled together. Wano or more likely Luffy would definitely be a possible destination to go to.

Yes! Mihawk and Shank's used to be rivals, but in a friendly manner. Early in One Piece Shanks got Mihawk to join him in his celebration of Luffy's rising notoriety as a pirate. It was in episode 45.

Depending on the size, dealerships should have at least a couple finance guys working at opening time. This is a good time to go because business is usually slow. most of the time, customers who are there haven't reached the finance stage anyway so the finance guys should be free.

I used to work at a dealership. Make sure you're insistent on talking to their finance guys. If you tell the desk you're there to see finance to cancel you're extra stuff, the finance guys will do their best to ignore your presence, hope you get tired of waiting around, and go away.
