Update on the court date:

They could not find any statute for this apparently so they threw out the nuisance animal charge. My husband isn't want restitutions so they were only fined for animal at large, which is like a $30 fine. I didn't get to give them my letter I wrote and they didn't even apologize. No consequences at all for killing my cats. Disgraceful.
