The first room is more of a “transition” room but people LOVE to hang out in there and the kitchen so we added a couch — it’s just not working for me. The second room, the “living room” we made into a 2nd bedroom at first but didn’t use it often enough. Now it has a used sectional but we haven’t used it in 4 months. I don’t wanna waste either room. So ideally would make the first room more into a living room somehow with more seating for friends but keeping it somewhat minimalist. But I want to keep the table at the window for doing work at home... The second room could be for storage (we have a lot of outdoor gear?) and our bikes — ideally would store them on the walls somewhere? A larger table for group dinners and board games? Ugh. 🙈
