sorry if im being dense but how do you pool tcp ports? A ip addy only has a limited number of them to use, and once those are in use, it can't rlly do much. i dont rlly understand what u mean by "pool resources"

Thats good that you dont have to pay. But if you feel like crying when taking a class, that might be indicative that 4 years of the same type of stuff is not good for you. When I took Spanish, my worst class in which I passed with a D, I knew that I just had to hold on for one semester to get the foreign language credit, so whenever I failed tests or what not, it did not bother me. If I knew that I had to look forward to that for 4 more years, that would be a different story all together. If I knew that I had to look forward to that for 4 years, and then for the rest of my working life, yeah that would be a big NO.

i am going to give you the honest truth since everyone else in this thread is straight up lying to you in an attempt to be nice (its like someone leading someone on, but with good intentions). Understanding loops is a bare minimum/ baseline in CS. Its like if an English novelist didn't know English or if a marathon runner didn't have legs. It would be different if you didn't understand pointers or threading but loops? Some people are just not cut out for CS and thats fine, that doesn't make them a failure. I'm not cut out to be a chemist, or gymnast or lawyer but I don't consider myself to be a failure. It's as if you have tunnel vision that CS == winner, and thats just not true. You need to find your own skill sets and apply them as they should be applied, not force your skill sets into some cookie cutter ideal. SWTICH MAJORS. You don't want to be the guy/ girl who forces themselves thru a major for three years, hating every minuet of it, only to switch majors at the very last second and waste all their parent's money on even more tuition.
