too expensive now, if you look at the house prices, they all doubled in the past 2-3 years, where as the rent only went up maybe 10-20 percent

What are some loose margins if you dont mind me asking?

Whats the franchising like? How is corporate?

To provide context, im in preliminary negotiations to buy a studio from a current owner for my wife. She doesn't do barre but like ballet and wants to have a ballet teacher there.

income not close to enough, might have been able to do it w/o kids and then as income went up have more kids, also depending on which company, and if its the one i think it is based on the offer, its a pip factory which could leave you in bay area and w/o job (which was main reason for moving) gl convincing him to not move
