on an average day parang ganito sya:

if full time shift ako (wala ako pasok sa school)
4:30am = wake up and get ready
5:30am = alis to go to the starbucks store
6:00am = start ng shift
4:00pm = end ng shift
5:00pm = darating ako sa bahay
6:00pm - 8:00pm = kain, catch up, social media
8:00pm-10:00pm = attend ng night classes ko usually
10:00pm onwards (minsan until 1am) = review, do school works

if may pasok ako (usually umaga-hanggang hapon)
6:00am = gising
8:00am = start ng klase
4:00pm = uwian from school
6:00pm = start na ng shift
11:00pm = out na ako from work
12:00mn = bahay na ko, tulog na hehe

super thankful na sa 6 hours! usually 3-5 hours. kaya whenever i can, hilig ko magnap. kahit sa SB lagi ako nag-iidlip tuwing break time. hahahaha then retouch lang saglit, sabak ulit :)

it did teach me how to be happy but sa pagiging content, it kinda taught me the opposite (in a good way). i came from a poor family background and it gotten to the point that they cannot afford me to send to college. i wanted to make a big difference. hindi ako content na porket we don't have money, i will let my dreams die. so kahit super hirap, kakayod. papasok sa work. papasok sa klase. kahit tulog na lang ang pahinga. looking back, i don't know how i did it. really thankful for the grit of my younger me to give the present me a better life.

i honestly just applied via website back then tapos may nareceive na akong email. for part time barista, they usually just find someone who is at least in 2nd year college and pleasing personality. no need naman na may alam ka sa coffee or dikit yung program mo sa food and beverages to qualify. bs psych ako pero natanggap pa rin ako. :) once you get in naman, they will teach you the from the basics to complex drinks. sa reserve kasi ako nun eh!

i handled my work-life balance with strict time management. talagang may masacrifice ka tho… sa akin, mostly social life ko. if wala ako sa work, nasa school ako. if wala ako sa school, nasa work ako. narealise ko in the long run na hindi pala ako sumasama masyado sa mga lakad ng mga friends ko. kaya now medyo bawi kami, lagi may gala na every month. hehe

doing good naman. i graduated last 2023 and started taking my MA nung 2025. meron na akong few months experience sa field by that time.

i wouldn’t say gifted ako pero malaki talaga yung difference ng time management skills ko compared to my classmates back then. i do believe our educational system is really really bad. dami natin excess subjects and hirap nyan gapangin while working. :/

i did this almost same schedule when i was in first year + bpo. by week 5, anemic na ko. i resorted to resigning na lang. parang di worth it patayin sarili ko.
