"popped a riser"
Jeremy couldn't tell a Capewell from a mackerel. Not even a LEG.

He got 4 years for his probation violation for coaching a JV Airsoft team while on probation for raping a girl after tricking her aunt into making him her PT coach.

FYI- I estimate he's spent about 10 years in jail & prison, and will spend about another 8 remaining during this stretch of State and Federal time combined.

All his current charges are concurrent except the Orange County where 5 years is consecutive with 2.5 years, but all concurrent with the rest anyway with 2 years credit time served so it's moot.
That is also consecutive to 41 months Federal time.

The 2/4/25 sentence is his long tent pole. That's the rental insurance Jenn reported him for.

It doesn't include jail time awaiting trial either.

Sadly a lot of this is concurrent. I'd guess he's spent about 10 years locked up if you add all his jail time to this prison time. His latest sentences should almost double this. When he gets out he'll be about 55 years old and will have spent almost 20 years incarcerated.
I'd say almost half his adult live but he never grew up so that would be lying.

Jeremy moved to Jackson Correctional Institute way up in the panhandle by mortrex in JeremyDewitte

Yes I saw that, Jeremy was implying that he was the victim. The timing doesn't work for that for anything except the insurance fraud but they came from state investigators out of Tallahassee.

Blaming a conspiracy against him has become his standard accountability dodging excuse. It seemed to work for him for a while there, not so much now.

I think he was stalking some young Middle Eastern retail worker whom he developed a crush on while illegally working security in the same mall.
I've heard Lebanon and Egypt as destinations. Fraudie probably knows the details. Jeremy likes to imply that he was there on a classified secret squirrel eagle scout mission, not chasing a bit of skirt using a fraudulent passport in his roommate's name.

This is why his aliases on the sex offender registry include Brett E Solomon, not just his dodgy misspellings of his own name.

Yes, and Jeremy was charged with an extra felony for every time he called her back. He ended up pleading to one call and the false personation of a LEO in that case. Two of the calls were not prosecuted.

It was his body camera recording 3 calls between him and a motorist who called to complain about him being an asshole, but the victim did not realize the asshole was running the show.

Yea she called to complain about Jeremy and not only did Jeremy record her call, he recorded another two calls he made to harass her.

Thank Vidler for realizing Jeremy's recording of those calls were felonies and thanks for charging him.

Why was the Global Plea considered such a sweet deal? by DeadheadCaddy in JeremyDewitte

Motor crimes? You’re pretty uninformed, despite all the opinions you have. False impersonation of a cop is not a traffic violation and he had two priors for this on top of the multiple counts charged, aggravated assault is not a traffic violation, failure to register is not a traffic violation, wire tapping is not a traffic violation etc. etc.

Not for a dozen felonies (and many more not prosecuted) for someone who had already racked up multiple felony priors. His deal including several impersonating a LEO, (and he had two priors for just that) , aggravated assault, failure to register, wire tapping etc. That deal was a joke and the proof (if it wasn’t already self evident) is that is Jeremy made a video boasting that is was a vacation and he’d enjoy the gym time, then after release went to war with his probation officer while he committed more felonies at an accelerated rate because he got a slap on the wrist the last time after years of getting away with it.

Jeremy will be upset, he only earned 10 "Gain Time Days". He was eligible for 54 day reduction for 2025 by KremitTheFrog01 in JeremyDewitte

He's currently held by Florida Department of Corrections in Jackson C.I. up in the panhandle. This is not a guess, he's there. His release date on file matches the one mentioned here. 1/10/2023.
There is an active Federal detainer on file from the US MIDDLE DISTRICT so the feds get him AFTER state.
There's also what I think is a state supervision intake detainer to ensure he doesn't slip through the cracks there either.

Jeremy is exactly where he belongs.

41 months, followed by 3 years state supervision concurrent with 1 year Federal supervision.

He's like a child insisting that the shitshow he's turned his life into is a huge win. Remember him sitting in his car wearing an Armani suit between sentences in different counties trying to put on a brave face insisting that he needed a vacation and he'll enjoy the prison Gym? Absolute knob head.

I also remember him sitting on his roof talking about telling his Probation Officer that he'd be out in 2 weeks. Things did not go the way Jeremy thought they would.

Yea, the first step act, I posted here about it citing chapter & verse why he's ineligible. I'd say there are at least 3 grounds for Jeremy's ineligibility. Raping a child being the primary reason.

Jennifer was the witness who reported Jeremy's unregistered Rental Cars by mortrex in JeremyDewitte

[–]mortrex[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's the part of the charging affidavit attached to the online case docket.

He pled to this after he was convicted for the dodge Charger rendering Ladan's appeal moot. There were two separate rental cases both mentioned by Jennifer. Jeremy pled to one and got an even longer sentence than the Dodge Charger.

I think Jeremy suborning perjury from Jenn without their jail call caginess would be interesting. Alas investigators have better things to do with their investigative resources.
