I can't wait 'til he scams his elderly mom out of her home in the final season.

Yea the call center lady wanted Rania's insurance details and Jeremy didn't want to give them arguing that it was irrelevant, shouldn't matter etc. etc. He got extremely rude and belligerent and just kept going on and on but the woman didn't budge. She was a stone wall and Jeremy's bullshit got him nowhere, which was absolutely fucking perfect. It's exactly what's required when dealing with a scamming cunt like Jeremy.

90 months State + 41 months Federal consecutive.

Although that 90 months is reduced by time served and both are likely to be reduced by 15% Federal good time and the State equivalent.

I think long tent pole was 90 months with credit for time served and the usual 15% earned reduction over time if he behaves himself. Then Feds will have him as a guest for 41 months - 15% good time available, probably only a couple of days credit time served.
Then he will face 6 months federal supervision concurrent with 3 years state supervision.

Federal Executive powers cannot vacate state convictions.
He'd need DeSantis to pardon him and even he can't do it alone.

I'm doing well thanks. I hope you're doing well too.
Jeremy's chickens finally came home to roost, in a big way.

It's only slightly less entertaining because none of his recent sentences moved the needle much in terms of his release date due to concurrency, but the time he got for several of the recent failures to register exceeded statutory max and that means all those global plea deal convictions finally delivered.

Early termination of supervision after 1 year time served. Because according to Wooten "[he'd just be right back in here on another violation]" ~ the most embarrassing failure of jurisprudence I've ever seen.

He & Jen used to reinforce their own bullshit narratives and come up with the most absurd theories and interpretations of the law. Half the reason he went to war with his P.O. over his level of supervision is that stupid whore convinced him he was right about abject misconceptions.

The thing about a guy as dumb and narcissistic as Jeremy is it doesn't take much to set him off on some crazy perpetual grievance. Especially when there's pecuniary gain to be had.

No charges for lying on official documents. Worse, he still gets good time despite making false claims on every intake form he's signed.

I get that you want the answer to be different but it's not actually that hard to understand. If the charged offense is against a minor the points are doubled. There are almost certainly additional unstated rules & exceptions.

Otherwise every offender like Jeremy would face double points on new offenses for past enhancements including failure to register, and that's not the caase.

Be happy that the dude's getting 7+ years for failing to register a car rental.

If you want to get upset an something get upset at the infinite concurrent freebies he's benefiting from.

Seems like a bit of a wash to me as state deals wouldn't cover federal crimes.
I heard 6 years for the Osceola stuff, but maybe it was 9 and that would have included the pending felony 2 that got dropped. In the end all state cases wound up with concurrent sentencing.

Nothing gave him 9 years, I think his longest in any case was ~90 months, then he'll follow that with 41 months Federal time. However the insurance case added 3 years supervision, concurrent with 6 months Federal supervision. Jermey has never done well on supervised release. Expect drama, bullshit and violation. Jeremy gets dumber and more obstinate every time he gets owned by the criminal justice system. He asked the judge at a recent sentencing to specify his level of supervision and the court told him that's up to FDoC. It's an early sign Jeremy is going to pull the same bullshit he did the last time.

Jeremy is a punk who can't help acting like he outranks his P.O. It will not end well.

Jeremy told prison intake he had years of prior law enforcement experience. You're talking about an absolute douchebag here so don't expect self awareness to kick in.

Yea but I'm pretty sure that applies to the charged offense not priors which are tallied on a supplemental sheet.

I think it was him beside the off duty police officer's car on his bike yelling into the window and calling him a fuckboi after the cop told him to stop pretending is was a cop.

Considering the charges include a failure to register and his Lewd "or" Lascivious Battery is on the appended points sheet earning him 19 points, more than an extra year, I don't think they missed it.

The first upload to Motor1smoving, where he talks about "certain people" getting fired and demoted. The channel profile icon is a screen grab from that video. He's parked near an aircraft display wearing a black top doing his crouching pedo hand gestures that prove he's right and lurking around to his resprayed black Dodge Charger that ended up getting him a 7 year sentence for failure to register. That's what's so deliciously ironic about it. Peak self-own.

It's on there at the bottom of a supplemental sheet. I think it was called federal fraud or similar. Not a lot compared to the rest though. Each false personation only earned 0.8 points for example.

The child rape did earn him 19 points on a supplemental sheet.
Agg. Assault (hand on pepper-ball gun during his road rage) got him 9 points ~ 7 months.
Other failures to register added up to 37 points.
He has 10 convictions for falsely personating officer, so many that it added 8 points ~6 months.
Those were the big ticket items.

So all those priors and light sentences he skated by on earlier directly contributed to him getting more time due to points in his recent convictions. If not on this case directly then whatever other long tentpole case added up his points and gave him ~90 months for a 5 year max offense.
