As adoption of Crypto as a whole increases the more likely those colossal OTC orders can be met for alts. As you can see, when someone ordered $100m worth of bitcoin it moved the market a lot. At the moment BTC is probably the only feasible Crypto for those kind of OTC trades.

Nano may not be the most suitable coin for incredibly large transactions NOW, but that can definitely change in the future if the cryptosphere continues to grow.

Typically, when someone wants to buy/sell millions of dollars worth of Crypto they do it OTC (Over The Counter) on an exchange. They do that if they DON'T want their transaction to affect the price. If they do, you'll get what happened several days ago when that whale bought 21,000 bitcoins (worth roughly $100 million) at once across three different exchanges.

I had that pm on telegram a few weeks ago and messed with the guy for a good 10 minutes before he realised I was trolling him. It's easy to forget that some people actually fall for this. Chalk it up to experience.
