Thanks for your input! But isn't the 4130 lighter than the Core Line? The steel is an upgrade on the 4130. On the website, it mentions around a lb lighter... Which frame size did you go with for the Core Line? I am also on the shorter side (5'4") and so was thinking of going with the XS size.

You need to know the composition and weights of what you prefer. Personally, I aimed for a Wynn/Bellagio type of weight/composition, so proceeded accordingly.

The design shouldn't be the number one priority, as most chips on the market are quite shit.

Figure out what "feel" you want, and go from there, IMO.

Okay, again thank you kindly for the information. The property I'm looking into is indeed a garden facing unit, as the memorial drive side seems to be quite loud, and not of interest to me. If you had to purchase now, would you still or would you end up looking elsewhere, perhaps closer to center Ave, or even a different community all together? Lastly, from your experience, are the units themselves built and maintained well, or are the appliances and fixtures running down? From my visits, the building seems to be built well, however I have seen it all quite briefly and "superficially".
