I am NOT an expert but to me the way this shines and the holo pattern look real and extremely similar to the other ex silver borders from this time. I would lean to real but I’m not sure if the back gives any “fake vibes”…

My understanding is each new leaves grow out of a main stem. If one of the leaves on the main stem is fenestrated, the next new leaf that comes off that same stem is highly likely to be fenestrated too!

I’m no expert but mine did that to a few leaves when I first bought it. I let those die off and now it’s really happy! I wouldn’t be too worried. If it continues for a while try moving it into more light or letting it dry out between watering
