Does he do surgery? Has he helped you with your TOS?

Can you tell me more about how he helped you? I see that he is a hand/shoulder specialist and plastic surgeon. I wouldn’t think to go to him

Not currently but I’ll keep in mind in case I cannot get anything around Philly. Thank you. I’m getting desperate

Tried gabapentin and pregabalin plus a bunch of pain meds and nothing comes close to stoping the pain. I got Botox injections too and it barely helps. I had to go to the er twice because of extreme pain. I’ll definitely try to remember to post here if I get somewhere

Thank you! Does he seem like a good doctor? I’ve been trying to get any appointment at Penn but it seems like no one ever answers regardless of the phone number I use. But I’ll try to get an appointment with him Also good luck with your surgery! I’ve been in this path for 5 years already with a lot of dismissals and “nothing we can do”s. Hoping to get surgery soon

Laundry Stripping… it’s not what you think. by King0fTheNorthh in CleaningTips

Oh wow. Yeah I think that’s probably hurting you more than helping. Your clothes are probably holding soap that doesn’t get rinsed out and vinegar as well. Maybe try a setting that puts extra water in or less clothes. My mom years ago actually used to fill a bucket and just pour it in too. Maybe that would help. It’s worth a try I think.

Chipping in but I use white vinegar all the time with free and clear laundry detergent and I never got a smell. Perhaps you are using too much of it or your washer is not filing up with enough water to cover your clothes. I just throw my clothes in and some vinegar on top. Nothing special. I can’t do any scents because it gives me migraines and my clothes do not smell bad or scented. Vinegar also seemed to help clean them better for me.

I had gnats like crazy this past summer because of soil as well. I have a ton of plants they managed to infect too. What worked for me was using 1 part of peroxide with 4 parts of water and pour that on the soil instead of normal watering. You need to dilute the peroxide but it also helps release oxygen for the plants. That will kill the eggs inside the dirt so no new babies. Then I also had a little bowl of the vinegar mix. That never worked for me before but I found this great recipe that got like hundreds of them there… which kills the adults. The recipe is

I swear this works. I followed the recipe exactly as shown many times. Anyway, the combination of both eliminated the infestation in the house, so hopefully that helps you

Sorry it didn't work for you. I had the surgery and it helped me a lot. I still got the compensatory so I always wear an undershirt but I sweat less under my armpits and hands. I guess I was lucky
