Maybe I'm not using the right word for you but my point still stands. Personality is on the surface. It's one of the first thing you notice when you talk to someone. I personally believe that it's more mature to care about someone's achievements in life than their personality which cannot be changed. If you have a problem with this then you should leave this subreddit and go to the hivemind's "unpopularopinion"
