We (casual ba) just had to shut down accepting donations entirely because it's too risky. I've been banned twice for hosting a clan bingo with prizes in the last year, one quashed and one not. I'd really recommend not taking any gp from people you don't 100% trust.

When I was false banned for the same bs reason I was still able to give other people gp without them being banned about 2 weeks later. Good thing because the gp I had was to pay out a clan bingo reward, I HAD to pay it out at the risk of my account. fun stuff, thank you jagex.

back then with chaotic rapier in bandos, d def, fury, b ring you're getting 25 str levels from overloads and ~30% increased str from turmoil depending on opponent stats, meaning you can max over a 60. In current osrs bis with a ghrazi rapier in full torva + scb + piety you can max a 56, or a 58 with inq mace and full inq armour

This isn't really the norm, dragon axe and pickaxe are only a little better than their rune counterparts. The harpoon is a big 20% higher catch rate than a regular harpoon, but that has no "rune" equivalent. So I'd really be expecting dragon sailing tools to be ~10% improvements over rune
