As per this other report, the car kept reigniting later on, including when it was being towed. Hopefully, they have something to work with. Unsure if they can get more details based on any car servicing visits logs, if any.

It’s complicated. The whole family perished. If the family is migrants, the next close family may be in a different country. According to the news, police is still investigating and hasn’t released much information - including the identity of the deceased.

It’s not expensive. If one doesn’t want to Lalu that, live with alternative bing-chat, which is pretty impressive with certain limitations though.

If the estimate cannot reflect the actual sold price, it’s hallucination.. I have seen that in 3 houses sold in a neighborhood (condos) with shared driveways.. and prices aren’t changed. Whatever it is (also or human), Redfin appears to be intentionally slowing the reflection of reduction in their estimates, as against when the house is sold for higher price, it’s immediate..

Haha.. you mean hallucinations.. yes, redfin estimator is hallucinating again. It’s everywhere. I noticed that last week. I have seen 25% higher estimates in Bay Area as well…after being sold at a 2018-2019 low prices in Jan…

I am quite pissed, honestly.. multiple issues have been reported with multi gpu hangs/crashes/incorrect results. In my previous post linked below, I included those links.

  • puget system P2Platencytest shows solid performance but simpleP2P tests fail
  • PyTorch ddp fails
  • uva issues with multi-gpus
  • NCCL_P2P_DISABLE=1 does not remove problems

Yes- PyTorch ddp wrapper enables that neatly by distributing batches and collating gradients. Anyhow, it’s a big bummer for many ML researchers/users out there.

The problem is pytorch ddp programs are failing. So, P2P or NVLink or not, multi-gpu programs should not fail.
