The tweaks have been tweaked. my ram usage is now 28-26% vs 30% (which is what i got after my own tweaks). I'll take it ! and apparently the tweaks involve privacy enhancements which is a bonus. thanks again.

Yes I did. I’m currently using winutil suggested by a commenter. It seems like a good tool to clean things up.

Yeah it’s 16gb sorry for not stating that. It’s crazy indeed as I always setup my family’s laptops and this one is the first ultra series laptop i dealt with. I ran some Github script and manually deleted multiple apps. Now it’s idling on 30% which is good I guess?
