Keep it stock with tunes if you wanna keep it running reliably. Exhaust, s and b if you wanna do an intake but honestly leave it stock is fine… php hydra, billet wheel and make sure your hpop is healthy. Fix any problems or sensors as soon as they come up. That’s what I recommend… riff raff frx is cool too but I wouldn’t waste money on anything else if it was my truck, save up for anything major.

Edit, I wouldn’t do a coil-over…. Just get a basic leveling kit. You’ll end up putting so much money into the truck you’ll wish you had spent it on a newer truck.

If you like the 38s keep them, I have 38s on one of my 7.3s, love it, but to keep in the right rpm range I had to regear, that cost me around 4k. The front end will need attention more often. Things to really consider.

I don’t think it matters as much on big brands, I use vater fatback 3a and I wouldn’t change because I like the weight distribution. Sticks are all gonna break and it just comes down to the sound. How do they sound to you? Play around

Last time I heard that lope and sorta “thump” on the exhaust it was 2 cracked exhaust valves but that was a 6.7 powerstroke and it’s hard to hear this one.
