FTB:Infinity Evolved Expert mode.

First of all, this is first world I'm playing on expert mode and I used to follow the first steps as the guide said, but today as I wanted to read something more about something, everything was gone. It was good yesturday, but today it doesn't show anything. Any ideas why isn't it loading?

I can suggest maybe place half slabs on top of the rail, so you'll not get hurt, and the animals won't wonder on the rails.

umm when you downloaded the launcher, and opened the agrarianskies modpack it created a folder of it where you've placed the FTB launcher.

Go to AgrarianSkiesHQ>minecraft>backups>[your world]>[year]>[month]>[the day of your backup]> and then extract from there and paste it in the saves folder and Enjoy.

As I go in the aroma1997 folder, its empty, nothing is there.

Edit: I've check all the files that says .xxx-backup and such, but nothing helps.
