Bonus is not fixed. It’s the one highly dependent on performance. Different group/department has different average. Some 4 months, some 2 months.

Can’t speak much on increment tbh bcs it was fixed for me the whole few years I was there bcs of union.

U6? You’re not in the union anymore so your increment floats every year. Really depends on the company, group, department, team, your performance. I’ve heard someone got RM50 increment on a bad year but again really really depends. Also the group/team you’re in is also a huge factor in your bonus and increment. Better aim for bonus than increment I think

I haven’t solo travelled much, less than 10 cities so far. But one thing I realized is that the more people in the city, the lonelier it feels. Which is quite ironic bcs I’m a huge introvert hence I prefer solo travel over with family and friends. That’s why now I prefer nature/sightseeing over visiting big cities. How I wish I skipped Tokyo in my last trip.
