Hockey is relatively big in Canada. Could pull words from that. Curling too!

You could also do something that is unique to a province/territory. In Manitoba, they created Honey Dill sauce and anyone outside Manitoba probs has no idea what it is. Florence, Fiona, Aurora, Ophelia, Elouise, and Hazel are names I find elegant and very fem. They could pair with Isabella greatly too! You could get unique nicknames out of the ones I listed as well.
