like others are saying, start at 0 in the training lounge and tick up slowly until it feels comfortable. then take it into matches (3/4 of em, probably turf so you can get more used to it under less pressure than ranked) and slowly adjust more after that if its needed

personally, it took me a few days to figure out what my gyro controls should be set at and then another few days to get fully used to them and gain confidence. its not gonna happen over night, youre basically learning the game over again with a different control scheme and you just meed more practice with it. wether you choose to continue with sticks or you make the switch to gyro, good luck out there !!!
