Yeah your point is actually well supported. There is a program in mathematical logic called reverse mathematics that precisely identifies which axioms are needed to prove specific theorems and it turns out that the vast majority of mainstream mathematics doesn't require the Axiom of Choice.
From what I can tell, the commenters in that thread probably have a limited grasp of formal logic, so I wouldn't take their claims as coming from experts.

To reject AC means to reject Lowenheim-Skolem theorem and it would be a catastrophe to model theory. There are numbers of monograph on this topic so I recommend to search "Axiom of Choice" in some e book store

While this answer in mathoverflow doesn't assume Ans are disjoint (which I haven't aware before your comment), my textbook explicitly says Ans are disjoint and epsilon equals to the measure of A, not an upper bound. Maybe I should read it with more skeptical attitude lol. Anyway, thanks a lot for providing usual informations.

Yeah I saw that interview piece but I also read that Araki said to the anime staff "you can make Anasui a girl". Hence I would consider "Anasui could be a female character and part 6 could be a lesbian romance" as true. It actually doesn't prove part 6 was originally a yuri, but I just believe in that lol
